Yulia is a two-time Canadian Comedy Award Nominee, award winning actor and indie filmmaker - budding director, writer and producer.


Most recently, Yulia won the 2024 Absurd Film Festival Jury Prize for ‘Best Experimental Film’ for their self produced short film, Port Hope, as well as 'Best Comedy' for their mockumentary, Da Kink in My Lair (A Day in the Life of a Dom).


Film & television credits include: Sometimes The Good Kill (Prime Video), End Of Days, Inc. (Prime Video/Apple TV), Nikita (Prime Video), Flashpoint (Netflix), Murdoch Mysteries (CBC/Shaftsbury), Covert Affairs (Prime Video).


Yulia is a graduate of the Humber Theatre Conservatory Program, a Second City Conservatory Alumni as well as an Alumni of the Queer Youth Arts Program at Buddies In Bad Times Theatre & the Canadian National Voice Intensive.


Yulia has recently returned to the Film & Television Industry after a hiatus to pursue personal endeavours - but is excited to be back home.
